Records for Russians arriving in Harbin 1920 and Tientsin 1924

Do records exist for Russian emigres who resided for some time in Harbin from 1922-1923

AND then in Tientsin from 1924 to 1936.

My grandmother was employed by the International Savings Society in Tientsin for 14 years.

Where would I find any records for this perios of time for her and/or the company?
