Germany to Chile - EISELE

I am looking for any information on German emmigration to Chile. My 4xgreat grandparents, Sebastian and Anna Maria EISELE emmigrated from Riedlingen, Wuerttemberg, Germany in approximately 1856. There may have been other Eisele's there already. They also may have been involved in the pharmaceutical business.
