Church records of birth

My great grandfather was born in Chile in 1849. He was probably born in Cerro Concepcion, which I think may be in Valparaiso. It could be Concepcion in the Bio Bio region, but I think that is unlikely. Is there any where I can find church records which would have details of his birth and his family, either online, or with an address I could write to. Thanks, Janice
