There is a big distinction betweeen Torre and Torres in Latin America...Go to www.blancas.cl which is Chile telephone directory and Talcahuano is in VIII region (Bio Bio, Concepcion I believe are larger cities inthis region and see the difference between Torre and Torres. Thatis why I want you rto check out arrivals at OZ NAA arrivals for Jose Emanuel Torre. The thought crosses my mind that his grandfather may have been Irish. In latin America they use the spnaish system of being called by both fathers last and and mothers last name simultaneously. Petertimber
