Thank You so much for your help... My spanish isn't that great but I can probably get it done.

I hadn't seen my dad for about 10 years then he came back to the US this past January to see us and get treatment for Cancer & he died shortly after he got back to Chile.

I hope this works. I have tried to contact his wife but have not gotton a response yet.
