There are 18 Fraser and 2 Frazier listed in the Chile Telephone directory to set the parameters of what you are dealing with/ Go to www.blancas.cl and in the bottom (know spanish?) and put in the last row under apellido paterno (fathers last name) Fraser and then Frazier. There are 18 fraser and 2 Frazier. There are no Jose's listed (Joseph) thinking that first names run in families. What would I do..I would write one letter and mail it to each one listed (remember not all people have telephones and or are listed in the telephone directory. Without any other information or knowledge of Spanish this is your best bet. Petertimber
