Jerry the Registro civil does have records of his marriage or where it might have taken place if married in the X11 region or perhaps elsewhere as well. You can request for any marriage record as well. Bear in Mind C huile requires spanish language forms to be filled out while going to the consulate can spare you the travail of all that and possibly give you all the information you want. Please keep me posted since the Registro Civil directed me to their nearest consulate to your home and I would like to know what your experience has been for futre reference.
