Looking for family of my deceased grandfather

My Grandfather, Felipe Salazar Salinas, born 1880 in Santiago, Chile. He married Elizabeth Johnson about 1901 in Liverpool, England and he died there in 1930. His mother was (I think) Mercedes, Widow, who re-married a Vargas. I wld like to communicate with any existing descendants.
I also speak Spanish.
