Thank you,
I spoke to a biological aunt about the name change from "Bahamonde" to "Silva" and you were correct, apparently He himself had it changed due to people mis-pronouncing and spelling it.
As far as the passenger manifestation, I have only looked at one thus far and it had an:
"Edward BahamondeSep 03, 1921Antofagasta, Chile0005"
I may have been looking in the wrong area, but I was also looking for "Maria D. Bahamonde" who may have traveled with him, from what I gather they were married prior to coming to the US from Cuba, however, biological relatives memories is challenging to decipher!
There is also "Angelo Rodriguez" the eldest son of "Maria", I still can not determine through biological relatives if he was born here or immigrated here, etc.,
Any help is appreciated! Thank you so much! I will look for "Miguel Bahamonde who arrived on 1/15/1920 at NYC who listed his brother being in the Chilean Navy named Luis Bahamonde and for Egenio Bahamonde arriving 3/26/1914 destined to a friend Juan Lopez in NYC" , they may somehow be related.
