The deal here is that you need to know RUN's person, like SSN.
Other wise, you need to go personally to give the name at desk so they can give you a list of names you are looking for.
This is specially useful for old BMD because they dont have RUN.

the name I'm looking for is Jean Joseph Bocas(with s then changed to z) , french captain. born around 1650 I think. He came on behalf Spanish crown, to divide the land and designate it to the "inmigrants". What I know for sure, he was a french captain, the rest are assumtions.
