Hi Susan:

There is not much Richardson's in Chile. In fact, if you search at the telephone listing (www.blancas.cl) it throws the following list:

1 Richardson Alvarez de Araya Carlos
2 Richardson Reyes Carolina
3 Richardson Witt Christopher
4 Richardson Hidalgo Cristián Eduardo
5 Richardson Aorostizaga Mary Elizabeth
6 Richardson Varas Roberto
7 Richardson V. Roberto M.
8 Richardson W. Roberto M.
9 Richardson Aorostiz Rosemarie Doris

Some of them are uncles or cousins of myself (although I don't know them all). Anyway, my grandfather Robert Merrick Richardson Willcox (or Willcock? not sure) was from Leeds, Yorkshire. He first traveled to Durban, South Africa and then to Chile.
