The last line under apellido paterno (fathers name) is where Railton goes and the resulting address is in the city of Santiago, Chile...If you do not get a response you might wish to take the plunge and telephone her. Most people, particularly of english origin speak english and if, not, you can request an address to send her a letter.

You can address your letter to Senora or Senorita and then her full name and then keep the sentences simple to ensure comprehension.
Fore your info the Las condes mentioned in the address is similar to a jurisdiction in the city of Santiago, Chile.
