My grandfather was known as Chili Childs, or Luther McKinley Childs (born 1901), of Spartanburg, South Carolina. He moved to Chattanooga, TN around the 1930's and died in Chattanooga around 1961. My father is Eugene Edward Childs born in Chattanooga, TN
in 1940.
