Elijah is my GGGGGG grand father. He was born 11 Apr 1737 in Thompson, CT, married Rachel Palmer on 24 Mar 1759 and died in Sharon, VT. My GGGGG grandfather was his son David Child born 25 Feb 1764 in Thompson, CT, married Ruth Brown 23 Nov 1782 in Thompson, CT and died 22 Jul 1824 in Sharon, VT. He drowned in the White River. Ruth died 5 Jun 1821 in Sharon, VT.
