May Childs Anastashia May "Bi'asaleexiassaash" Childs, 104, Matriarch of the Crow Tribe, a direct descendent of Sits in the Middle of the Land, also known as Blackfoot, died Sunday, October 22, 1995 in the Big Horn County Memorial Hospital.
She was born Feburary 22, 1891 near St. Xavier, a daughter of "Take the Gun and Mary DeChienne Shane. She grew up in the St. Xavier area and Atteced the St. Xavier Cathelic Boarding School.
