"Tink" Cobb & wife Susie Cobb had a son born abt 1878 in Georgia, married to an Ella Childs, born abt 1891 Georgia.
Does anyone out there recognize these peoples names? They are the (nick)names (I assume) of Charley Tillman Cobb's folks. I am trying to find out some family research info for a cousin of mine, who is Charlie Tillman Cobb's granddaughter.
Her grandfather was Charlie/Charley Tillman Cobb born abt 1878 in Georgia-died 1958, married to Ella Childs - they both died in Stephens Co GA.
Charley Tillman Cobb's death cert from Stephens Co. GA, lists his maothers and fathers names as "Tink" Cobb and Susie Cobb, no maiden name on his mother. I am pretty sure they were born in Georgia, but not positive on that. I have searched trhu the Census records and no luck so far...any one recognize these folks, know anything at all - as I am so at a brick wall!
