Between the dates of 1792 and 1798 there were several legal proceedings in the Russell Co. court. They were concerning the settlement of the Joseph Blair estate(deceased). Lucy Blair (assumed to be his wife) is involved in each and then she becomes married to Abraham Childress and he becomes involved in the settlement. His property in the 1830's sits right next to Jacob Blair JR and Benjamen Blair. We have no idea who Joseph or Lucy is and would love to find out anything about the Abraham & Lucy Childress family!
