I am looking for information on the father of Sally Ann Childress (b. 1847 KY). His name was Jesse Childress, b. 1802 d. 1892. According to Jesse, all family records were destroyed in a fire (he did not know the date of his own birth). Jesse married Susan Townsend. Any help would be appreciated!
