Hi Laura, the farthest that I've gone back is only to my great-grandfather, Earl Franklin Childress. My grandfather is John William Childress but he passed away in 1986. I'm trying to find out who her parents were and which one of her brothers is my gggggrandfather (I'm not even sure how many "greats" it is). As you can see, I'm not very well-imformed. Hopefully you can change that. I can't wait to hear from you.
