Looking for information re: Nancy S. CHILDRESS who married George Washington HARRIS, July 10, 1841 in Charlotte Co., VA. The surety listed on marriage bond was Jack CHILDRESS. Children for Nancy and George W. Harris were: John W., Elizabeth, Mary D., Nancy S., Joseph Thomas, Doctor, Issac Newton, Zephaniah Naploeon, and Dolly Ann Harris. George W. Harris had a sister named Sarah who married Robert H. CHILDRESS, May 27, 1841 in Charlotte Co., VA. George W. Harris had another sister named Rebecca A. Harris who married Lafayette H. CHILDRESS, July 10, 1841 in Charlotte Co., VA. Lafayette was the son of William and Sally Childress. Any connections to these folks would be appreciated. Thanks.
