Does anyone have artifacts from their Childress ancestors. I am curious what are the oldest relics that have been passed down through the generations, e.g. Revolutionary War to Civil War era guns, musket, swords, medals, bibles, prayer books, furniture, jewelry, books, letters, manuscripts, documents, wills, land grants, deeds, discharge papers, dolls, toys, pictures, paintings and photographs.
