Hi Clyde!I'm a bit new at this forum business [but not to genealogy], so you'll need to cue me as to how to get to you via e-mail.Is it through this site?
"Catherine" would be Catherine Cauble, Cauble being the name of her first husband.I don't know her maiden name, yet.The children would be:
Chester A. Cauble, b. Dec. 1882 [from Catherine's 1st mar.]
Virgil M. Cauble, b. Feb. 1885[from Catherine's 1st mar.]
and
Bertha Ellen Ralston, b. 6-1-1883 [John & Sarah Julia's]
Verna Belle Ralston, b. 3-27-1885 [John & Sarah Julia's]
John's and Sarah Julia's [Sally, in other words] youngest child, John Virgil Ralston, b. 8-3-1888, had died on 8-19-1889.
John married a third time fairly late, I believe [don't have all my notes with me here], to a Sally Hetty Kirby [again, a married name for her, so I am still trying to sort her out].
I don't have internet at home, but I do have an e-mail address that I check @ the library when I do research there, and that's three to five days a week. When I figure out how me make e-mail contact, I can give you more information. The Cauble families were especially thick in Washington Co., IN, where William Rolston had settled, so there are a lot of Caubles to check out.I have the Belden line back to 1066, and Ralston is available to about 1560 in Scotland. How are you tied in, incidentally?
Talk to you later.
Danny
