If you go to www.nationalarchives.gov.uk you will be able to download copies of Richard Chichester Of Lancaster Cty, Va, covering date of 3/15/1746 --Cat. Ref. PROB 11/745 for a small fee of 3.50 pounds (About $7.00 US depending upon exchange rate)
Also there is another will for a Richard Chichester of Fairfax Virginia dated 6/9/1803. Cat. Ref. PROB 11/1394
Don't know how many of you with ancesters in England have found this site but it's a real treasure trove.
