Saw your e-mail query. MS stands for Mississippi. There is a Samuel Chidester who was in Mississippi, he married Mercy or Marcy Loudon. Their son, Samuel, married Maria Shaw; and their daughter, Mary Ann Chidester, married John Eccles. I am an Eccles and John was my g-g-g-grandfather. John and Mary Ann lived in Zachary, Louisiana and I have their line forward.
