I have a little information on James Chick of Knox Co. KY. He was a Revolutionary war veteran and he is on the pension list for 1835 in Knox Co. He was a private in the infantry and then a corporal in the cavalry. He died in 1845, according to the DAR Patriot Index. I am trying to find out if he is the same James Chick who appears in the 1810 Culpeper Co. VA census. I am also trying to discover if he is the father of Sarah Chick (or Cheek) who married Joseph Yager in 1806 and moved to Knox Co. KY. Any help would be appreciated!
