Pettus W. Chick's Will in its entirety can be found in Hanover Co. Chancery Wills and Notes by Willia, R. Cocke. It is very helpful be-cause he had no children and therefore devised to his brothers and sisters or their heirs. My 3GrGandmother Patsy Selden Chick who married Samuel B.Jones of HanoverCo is named and her children, one of whom my 2Gr Grandfather was Pettus B. Jones. Iwould like to prove the parents of Pettus and Patsy Chick. I think it was William.
