Wanted... frustrated in VA seeks CHICKS in Maine!

Hope I caught your attention with this one! I need help from all researchers of the CHICK surname with ties to Maine. Walter E Chick ( Born about 1860)in Maine ( exact locale unknown) relocated to RI in about 1885. Married Sarah ( Sadie) Walker ( also from ME)in RI about 1894. Unable to have children, they adopted my grandmother ( Mary M. Booth) in 1905. The Chicks lived in Pawtucket RI untill 1912. They later moved to NH. Walter Chick was the first caretaker of Dagget Park ( Now Slater Park)from 1890-1912. Surely someone has a Walter E Chick lingering in their files? All clues appreciated.
