I don't know when Lucy A.(N) Chick was born but she was the daughter of James B. Chick and Sarah Floyd m. Madison Co. GA. James is the only son of Anderson Chick and Lucy Brown m. VA about 1790. Anderson is one of four sons of William Chick who d. in Pittsylvania Co., VA about 1790. The other three brothers are Wm., Richard and Hardin. James and Sarah had six children named in the will of Lucy Chick (wife of Anderson. They are: Sarah J. Owen (my line), Lucy (N) Armistead, Susan H. McGibbony, Mary O. Armistead, Oliver H. P. Chick and Martha J. B. Chick m. Gimmerin. O.H.P. Chick married Sarah J. Herrin. Hopes this helps you --I am interested in finding the parents of William Chick who d. in 1790 in Pittsylvania Co., VA.
