I know of a Pierre Chiasson m. to Ursule Arsenault in my husbands line, but there is some discrepancy as to who Pierre's parents are. A member of my husbands family who is now deceased did the family tree back to 1729, and lists Pierre's parents as Jacques Chiasson & Marie Judith Boudrot; however I have never checked the records myself to verify this. I have found a good site which follows this line on the net, but it lists Pierre's parents as Jean Chiasson & Agnes Poirier.
