CHIASSON family reunion in P.E.I.

This summer Tignish,P.E.I. is celebrating the FESTIVAL OF THE FOUNDERS for its bicentennial celebrations. Family reunions are being held for each of the 8 founding families of Tignish ( Chiasson, Richard, Gaudet, Arsenault, Bernard, Doucette, Poirier, and DesRocher). The Chiasson reunion is being held Sept. 3-5,1999. It would be a great opportunity for anyone searching their connection to this family or any of the others to attend and meet other members of the Chiasson line. Geneology sessions are also being offered weekly throughout the summer along with other historical and entertainment activities. Just thought I'd let you all know.
