Searching for any info on Alexander Chaney, Sr. b. 1789, PA or MD; married Marjorie Donaldson bef 1818; d. 1855, Meigs
Co, OH; appears on 1820 census for Bedford Co, PA. Moved to Meigs Co, OH by 1821. Alexander & Marjorie's known children: Lydia Chaney, b. PA, 1818; m. Peter Lee; Jane Chaney, b. Meigs Co, OH bef 1823; m. Aaron Hull; Alexander Chaney, Jr., b. Meigs Co, OH, 1827; m. Hannah Lewis. There is a 2nd son whose name I don't have. Alexander Chaney, Sr. is my gr, gr, grandfather. I would appreciate any info on his parents, siblings, birthplace or any info on the ancestry of his
wife, Marjorie Donaldson. Thanks so much.
