The information that I have is that "John Chew, cadet, of Somersetshire, England, with three servants, came to America in the ship "Charitie," in 1622. He landed at Hog Island, opposite Jamestown. His wife, Sarah came the following year in the "Seafloure." John Chew, born 1590 died 1668.
