My grandmother was Elvina Chevarie, born 12 Jan 1922 in St Charles, daughter of Pascal Chevarie and Agnes Marie Chavarie. In preparation for the upcoming Cheverie reunion in July, I've completed her paternal lineage (below) but haven't found much at all on Agnes' family. Here is what I do have: She was the daughter of Patrick Chavarie and Calliste Richard, born 1 May 1899 in Aldouane, NB. Patrick's parents are listed as David and Marie Gray. For Calliste's father I have Aime Richard. I'm stuck here and can't seem to get any further. Someone one told me once they were called Chevalier and changed the name to Chavarie. Anyone have any ideas?

Charles Chevarie and Adeline Robichaud from St Charles,
Gilbert Chevarie and Marie Blanchard - St Charles,
Isidore Chevarie from PEI and Marguerite Angelique Daigle,
Jean Baptiste D'etcheverry and Marguerite Daigle - PEI,
Antoine D'etcheverry and Marie Pinet from France, settled in PEI.
