Thank you, Ramona. You have confirmed what I suspected, that James D. is of this family. He is my gg-grandfather. He and Alpha had Henry, Veranda and Clarinda before his death. Henry is my g-grandfather who married Julia Victoria Hardman, dau. of Mary Ann Lowther and George W. Hardman. Henry and Julia had my grandmother, Iva Effie Stanley, but I have no other siblings.
