Thornton's father - Daniel Cheshire born 1763. Daniel married Jane/Jean/Jennie Simpson.

John Boptist Cheshire, b. 1790; d. 1853; m. Lousia A. Gaines.

Thomas Cheshire, b. 1798.
Edmund cheshire, b. 1795, shire of Cheshire, England, d. August 30 1861, Bedford County, TN. (this appears to be incorrect - this info is from the Familytreemaker.com - it seems out of sequence - why would she go back to England?)
Anny Cheshire, b. 1800; m. Z. Hines

All of the childrens marriage records are also in this book.
