Charlotte, I found this recently on the web site gendex.com. I know some of it does not match your posting, but I believe it is the same family. If I remember correctly, I think some of their descendents moved into the Mid-West. Also this format does not want to keep the generations indented. If it is confusing, let me know and I will email you what I have.
