My great great grandfather John D. Batchelor(used other spellings of name) married an Eveline Cheshire in Houghton Conquest, Bedford, England in 1852. Eveline wrote to a brother, James Chesher in Wilstraad(sp?) from the US. This is about all I know of Eveline.
