Anne, I have in our data base that Hillary Cherry (b. abt 1770 Pitt Co., NC) and Alvana Ormond (b. abt 1775 in NC) were the parents of Henry Ormond Cherry (b. 1800 Pitt Co., NC) and that Henry was married to Clementine Edwards (b. abt 1801 in NC). I have some problems with making an identification of Hillary's parents. Actually I am thinking that Hillary was born in Norfolk Co., VA not in Pitt Co., NC. Can you help any with Hillary? How else may I help you?
