Benjamin F. Cherry (b. 18 Aug 1790 in Rowan Co., NC) married Charlotte Walker (b. 16 Mar 1786 in Burke Co., NC), and they had at least nine children. Charlotte Walker was a daughter of General George Walker and Eleanor Hicks. It appears Charlotte died in about 1840 in Franklin Co., TN, and Benjamin married again on 2 Mar 1846 to N. N. Carson.
Benjamin married once or twice more after Miss Carson.
