About 1893 several members of the Cherry Family of White River Independence County Arkansas removed to Denton County Denton Texas. These are the Children of Francis Marion Cherry and Elizabeth who were born in Tennessee. Among these family members who relocated to the Denton Texas area were:
Sarah Cherry born Arkansas 1855 who married Francis Marion Owens later moved to Collingsworth Texas
Susan Cherry born Arkansas 1857 who married Henry Owens
Charlotte “Lottie” Cherry born Arkansas 1871 who married Joseph Chapman moved to Wise County Texas
William Beverly Cherry born Arkansas 1875 married Sudie Unknown later moved to Wise County
There were possibly other Cherry Family Members who relocated to Texas. These Cherry Family Members are my Grand Aunts and Uncle.
I am seeking to reestablish family ties with any descendants of any of these family members.
