Go to www.usgenweb.com and find the link for the state of Utah. About midway down the page, you'll see some indexes from the BYU family history archives for Idaho Death records. You'll also see the western states marriage index.
Check these archives for your names.
Franklin, ID is in southeastern Idaho near the Utah border. It is situated in Cache Valley which is partly in Utah. You might also check for records in Logan, Cache, Utah which would be the nearest largest city.
My grandmother was a Cherry from Ashton, Fremont, Idaho.
