Joel Cherry born 1776 Martin County, NC m. Sarah Ervin born about 1785 in Rowan County, SC. Their daughter Martha Cherry (born 1814 Warren County, TN; died 20 April 1854/7), who married John Parker (born 1814 in Tennessee to Thomas Parker and Sarah Mullins) on 25 February 1841, is my gr-gr grandmother.

Does anyone have information on either Martha or John's famillies? I have their children and the children of Joel and Sarah Ervin Cherry (which I question because I have found documentation on the one I have that noone else does). I have not determined the parents of either Joel or Sarah Ervin. The name Ervin was given to my great-grandfather and to one of my great-uncles as a middle name.
