My 4th great-grandfather was named Jeremiah Cherry (b. 1 Apr 1766 at Tyrell Co., N.C.) He had a sister Ruth born about a year later. Their parents were Job Cherry and Abiah Ventures. I have a total of nine children in this family. Questions about my sources or further information on this family can be addressed to me at Quedau@aol.com. My brother John Young (Eazy1@lightspeed.net) is the true Cherry expert in our family, perhaps in the country.
