Do you have a Free or Thweatt or Threatt female married into this Cherry family you are researching? I have been trying to learn more about a Nancy Lilly and her first husband, Matthew Free. My great grandfather was born in Stewart Co.,Tn. in 1830, and I have suspected that his parents were Nancy and Matthew Free. I believe they or Nancy and her second husband, W. R. Threatt, may have a daughter who married a Cherry. I would appreciate any help you may be able to give me. Many thanks!
