I descend from James Cherry of Autauga County through his daughter Mary Elizabeth Cherry. She married Daniel Newton Wyatt. James had a son named Darlin also. They are in the 1850 Autauga Census Fanning Beat. You'll find the census taker spelled with a southern dialect....James Charry. Darlin (DD)and his wife Didime are buried in the Big Springs cemetery in Autauga County.
