Laura 'Lorrie" Belle Bowers Chennault died in childbirth on 31 Mar. 1924 in Clear Creek Township. She married Ike Chenault-Chennault on 16 June 1923 in Sevier Co AR .This is a dead end,she had no other children before and the child she carried, died and was not delivered.
Laura Belle Bowers was b. 28 July 1901 in TX near the four corners of TX-Oklahoma Territory-LA-AR.
She was the daughter of Monolva Arvil Bowers b. Dec.1850 AL
And Elizabeth Grady Medlock or Matlock Bowers b.Oct.1872 TX
The other siblings were :
Emma Dell "Emmer" b. 6 Feb.1903 TX d. OK 1996
Hattie Mae-May "Hattey" b. 17 Nov.1905 TX d. LA 1985
M. John Eugene Delbes "Johnny" b. 27 Jan 1908 OK d. LA 1966
John Eugene was a small baby in Cerrogordo Ok or AR.The family mostly lived in Sevier Co.AR and DeRidder, Beaugarde Parish LA. Not much is known of the other places they lived.
Ike Chennault- Chenault had one known brother who lived in Sevier Co. AR. I do not know his name or if his parents lived there also.
