Matthew Cheney and Emily Helen Parslow

I have a Matthew Cheney whgo came to Arietta and Lake Pleasant NY ca. 1840. He married Emily Helen Parslow in 1841 and he died ca. 1847. His wife, who went by Helen, remained living in Lake Pleasant for some 30 years after his deatrh. They owned a store in Piseco and Lake Pleasant NY. Does anyone know anything about thesze people. Thank you for your time on this.
