JEAN TSAI CHEN, born February 11, 1913 passed away peacefully on January 19, 2002 in Houston. She is survived by her husband of 68 years, Dr. Henry C. Chen; son, Stephen Chen and wife Wendy; daughter, Norma Landry and husband Judge Ed Landry; daughter, Norah Chen; daughter, Aurora Low and husband Dr. Dennis Low; 4 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. The family will hold a private ceremony and interment will be in Glenwood Cemetery.
