Emily Cheever/Andrew Gardner Fayette Iowa

I have found on the internet, an Emily Cheever that married Andrew J Gardner in Fayette Iowa- they were born in the 1830's. My great-grandmother was Emma Rebecca Cheever, and because I am married into the Gardner family, I found it interesting that a Cheever was married to a Gardner. Can anyone tell me anything about them?
