Yes it is most confusing.
The George W I am looking for was only married once wheras the other was a second marriage I think.
'My' Anne Webster was the daughter of Edward, The Tanner, who first set up in Escott and then Morton. He disappears after the 1861 census. He was the son of Captain Edward of 1798 fame.
I only know of two children of 'my' Anne, Elizabeth aka Jennie born in 1874 and Joe born 1Dec1886 from the 1901 census. I think Joe lived on the main street in Seeley's Bay where the bank now is.
Anne died in Escott but is probably buried with George W somewhere. I expect she died after 1925 and George W sometime before 1901.
